Are you ready to discover the role of a Service Asset Management – Stock Coordinator in Netcompany? 
As a Service Asset Management – Stock Coordinator, you will:

• Lead the daily coordination of stock operations and team schedules.
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets — from receipt and inspection to delivery and disposal.
• Keep inventory systems (AA2/SNOW) accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate deliveries, returns, and audits to ensure smooth logistics.
• Promote safety, efficiency, and smart use of storage space.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Proficiency in English and French (min. B2); other EU languages are a plus.
• Experience in a similar role (2+ years, traineeships included).
• Knowledge of standard IT products (Windows, PCs, mobile devices).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
• Team spirit, reliability, and adaptability in a multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes is an advantage.
