So, what are the main responsibilities of a Publications Coordinator in Netcompany?
As a Publications Coordinator, you will:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of print and digital publications—from initial content briefing through editing, design, and final delivery.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time by managing schedules, tracking progress, and resolving bottlenecks.
- Coordinate closely with copywriters, editors, proofreaders, illustrators, translators, and production teams to maintain editorial and visual standards.
- Manage and track content workflows across platforms such as ARQ, Plunet, and SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Act as the key point of contact between authors, the Linguistic Services Division, internal departments, and external providers.
- Perform copy editing (primarily in English) and independently resolve minor editorial queries to maintain high-quality output.
- Develop and implement tools, templates, and best practices to enhance workflow efficiency and publishing processes.
- Assist the Managing Editor in quality assurance activities and budget tracking for publishing projects.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- University degree in Communications, Journalism, English Language/Literature, Public Relations, Political Science, International Relations, Business Administration (communications focus), or European Studies.
- 4–10 years of experience in editorial coordination, publishing, content management, or a similar role.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of editorial processes, including copy editing, proofreading, and quality control standards.
- Experience working with digital workflow tools and platforms (e.g., ARQ, Plunet, SharePoint) and strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Full professional proficiency in English (minimum C1 level required); knowledge of French, Spanish, or German is an advantage, particularly for managing translations.
- Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and teamwork abilities in a multicultural and multilingual environment, experience in banking industry is desired.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, ability to identify issues quickly and resolve them independently.
